What is T. B. C ?
The vision of T. B. C is to connect people from all over the world, with different culture, preference, and passion toward food and beverage. Provide opportunities to enrich the knowledge by exchanging ideas and meeting great people from one country to another.
Something about myself
I started my bartendering career in 2013 and worked at various restaurants and bars in Toronto. Through my career, I have developed skills such as teamwork, time management, exceptional customer service, customer satisfaction. At my previous job, I was responsible for developing seasonal cocktail menus, teaching cocktail lessons, and worked at spirit tasting events with different brand ambassadors.
New Challenges
Recently I move forward to start my projects based on my profession, which is the Toronto Microbrewery Tour (TMT) and Toronto Cocktail Tour (TCT). The goal of both projects is to share my knowledge and my industry network with my guests who are traveling from all over the world, and take home with a memorable drinking experience from Toronto.
Services
Toronto Microbrewery Tour
Visiting 3 local beer breweries in Toronto. In each of the location, you will be tasting some of their signature craft beers and discover the joy of beer tasting. During the tour, you will also have a chance to talk to the local staff members to understand their passion and how multiculturalism in Canada helps set the foundation of local breweries industry.
Toronto Cocktail Tour
Visiting 3 cocktail bars in the city. We start the first bar from the heart of Toronto all the way to Little Italy district or China Town. During this experience, guests will be able to learn and experience about the bar history in Toronto from old history establishment to modern cocktail bars.
Bartending Service and Lessons
- Bartending service for special event, such as corporate events and private parties, etc.
- Seasonal cocktail menu design.
- Host spirit tasting and cocktail lesson ( Maximum 12 people, prices are various base on the spirits and cocktails).
